Data Recovery Successful or unsuccessful $90 / per hour
Insurance Damage Assessment In-Shop Service Only / Free if we perform repair or replacement
Diagnostics affidavit included.		 $90 / Free
Repair Labor Rate Desktop & Laptop services and repairs beyond flat rate fees $90 / per hour
In-Home Services Description Rate
On-Site Fee Technician and vehicle trip charge
Rate based on travel distance		 $30 - up
On-Site Labor Rate Home level hardware, software and network services
Rates are per technician charged in 30 minute increments		 $90 / per hour
Business Services Description Rate
On-Site Fee Technician and vehicle trip charge

IMPORTANT: Non-hourly, flat rate fees reflect typical installations or work, with no complications or special circumstances. Please be aware that extra charges may apply at an hourly rate if service is deemed more complex. We will always inform you of service fees before work commenses.
